A studio that ships.
MTS Studio is a product studio that builds software people actually use. Since 2018, we've shipped 10+ products reaching 30,000+ users — and we're just getting started.
It started with a school that needed a better way.
In 2018, Canisius College — one of Jakarta's most respected institutions — needed a way to keep thousands of alumni connected. Communication was scattered across WhatsApp groups and emails. The alumni association needed something better.
We built PAKKJ — a dedicated social network that brought 4,000+ alumni together with class-based communities, events, articles, and a job board. It hit both the App Store and Google Play, and it proved that we could build products people actually use and keep coming back to.
That first product led to bigger challenges. We built A-LuiGi — a video examination platform that compressed a 10-day interview process into 1 hour for 2,000+ students, powered by our own NLP engine. We shipped event apps for 10,000+ attendees, student content networks, and academic research tools — each one built with the same principle.
That conviction became the foundation of everything we've built since — and the reason we're now building products of our own.
The Beginning
MTS Studio was founded with a single client and a clear mission: build software that solves real problems for real people. Our first project — connecting thousands of alumni for one of Jakarta's most respected institutions.
First Major Platform
Launched PAKKJ — a social network connecting 4,000+ alumni on both the App Store and Google Play. This was our proof that we could ship products people actually use and keep coming back to.
Scaling Up
Shipped event apps, content platforms, and digital tools across multiple institutions. Our systems now served 10,000+ users. Our engineering practice matured — informed by experience at companies like ByteDance, Tokopedia, Shopee, Stockbit, and LINE Yahoo.
The Breakthrough
Built A-LuiGi — a video examination platform that compressed a 10-day interview process into 1 hour for 2,000+ students. Powered by our own NLP engine for real-time speech transcription. The project that proved we could ship at scale.
New Chapters
With 10+ products shipped and 30,000+ users reached, we began building products of our own. Incid — a mobile DevOps command center — marks our first consumer product. The B2C chapter begins.
Small teams build the best products.
We're not a factory. We don't have 200 engineers and a sales team. We're a focused studio that still writes code every day — backed by engineering experience from companies like ByteDance, Tokopedia, Shopee, Stockbit, and LINE Yahoo.
That means every project gets our full attention. No account managers. No hand-offs. The people who architect your system are the same people who debug it at 2am.
We've chosen to stay small because we've seen what happens when studios scale too fast: quality drops, communication breaks, and clients become ticket numbers. We'd rather build 3 products brilliantly than 30 products adequately.
Ship with care
Every product we build is used by real people. We treat their time with respect.
Own the outcome
We don't just write code — we take responsibility for the product's success.
Stay lean, stay sharp
Small team, big output. We move fast because we stay focused.
We started with a single client and a conviction that software should serve its users. Six years and 30,000 users later, we're just getting started.
