The Canisius Education Fair is one of Indonesia's largest education expos, attracting 10,000+ students and parents over just 2 days. Navigating 80+ university booths, tracking talk schedules, and accessing event information was chaotic without a digital solution.
We built a comprehensive event companion app that served as a digital co-pilot — providing interactive floor maps, real-time schedule updates, university profiles, push notifications for talks, and live news from the event floor.

The home screen gives attendees instant access to the digital program book, upcoming sessions, and live event updates — all in one scroll.

Browse the full timetable with session times, university names, and campus photos. Each slot shows the presenting institution, time in WIB, and field of study.

Explore 80+ participating universities — from BINUS to Macquarie University Sydney — with campus photos, program details, and booth locations.
Browse by Major
Students can discover universities by field of study — Aeronautika, Agribisnis, Aktuaria, and dozens more — making it easy to find the right academic fit.
Interactive Floor Map
A detailed venue map across multiple floors (Lantai 1, 2, 4) helps attendees navigate booth locations, stages, and facilities in real-time.
