PAKKJ is a dedicated social platform that connects Canisius College alumni across generations — enabling them to share news, attend events, discover job opportunities, and strengthen their community bonds.
Canisius College had thousands of alumni spread across the country with no centralized platform to stay connected. Communication was fragmented across WhatsApp groups, emails, and word of mouth. The alumni association needed a dedicated space for meaningful engagement.
We built PAKKJ — a purpose-built alumni social network with class-based communities, event management, article publishing, and a job board. The app gives every graduating class its own space while connecting the broader alumni community through shared content and opportunities.
Inside the App
Alumni News Feed
A social feed where alumni share moments, achievements, and stories. Posts like 'Canisius Soccer Day CHAMPION!' keep the community engaged with rich media and real-time updates.
Community Groups
Browse and join alumni communities — each with its own crest and identity. From sports clubs to professional networks, every group has a dedicated space for connection.
Alumni Directory
Search thousands of Kanisian alumni by name, graduation year, or class. Profile photos and contact details make it easy to reconnect with old classmates.
Event Calendar
A built-in calendar to discover and track alumni events — reunions, gatherings, and community activities — all in one place with date-based navigation.
Professional Catalog
Find alumni by profession, industry, or skill through a tag-based catalog. From accountants to entrepreneurs — the alumni network becomes a powerful professional resource.
